Our hotel accommodations will be at the Hilton Fort Worth. We have stayed in Fort Worth the last few years and our groups have enjoyed it. Stockyards is also about a 10-minute Uber from the hotel, and an area that you can spend a day or night at. It is a really cool spot and a true Texas experience1

Our tailgate on gameday is always one of our better ones! We have a great indoor/outdoor venue across the street from the stadium. With projections screens and TVs for the early games! All of your drinks and food will be included as well!

We only require a deposit per person to secure your spot. From there, the remaining balance is paid leading up to the trip. We normally propose a 2-payment schedule, but we can also be flexible if needed. Just shoot us an email if you are looking to adjust the payment dates. We are unable to extend payment deadlines with no communication. 

Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and while we maintain a strict no refund policy, we are committed to doing our best to assist you wherever possible. In certain cases, we may be able to offer a partial-refund, credit, transfer, or alternative solution. Please contact us as soon as possible if you encounter an issue, and we will do our best to help. The closer it gets to the trip the more difficult it is to make things work. Travel insurance is the best way to go for the most coverage on your trip

We highly recommend adding the travel insurance that we offer once you are signed up. This will give you the most coverage on your trip if something were to arise.
